“We hired Mahon Builders to take on a complex project in Philadelphia which involved subdivision of a lot & existing structure and subsequent new construction of a semi-detached 3 story townhome. From the very beginning the layout of the house was constantly evolving and fine tuned right up to the start of construction. Kathy & Joe were flexible and adapted to the changes in the project scope and design seamlessly as we went through the process ranging from the neighborhood association meeting to zoning to the building permit which took nearly one year. Also there was an incredible amount of customization to our home as we ended up purchasing a rather large amount of fixtures and other materials on our own. Kathy worked with us diligently to ensure each item was exactly what we wanted and kept us well informed along the way. Also, living next door to the construction site resulted in a large amount of daily communication as we were there to see progress daily.
